Multiple shoot day campaign, with extensive scouting and set dressing, working with real Avon “Bosses” and their families. We shot hero still images, video BTS, video interviews and product captures to go into a fully integrated campaign around the concept. A talent interview video was created and incorporated into the broadcast spot to attract new salespeople via internet. The broadcast spot was insanely popular with Avon “Bosses” around the country, winning a Bronze Effie award, and I was super proud to be part of the whole campaign. Todd Selby’s whole team was amazing, including daily magic from Elle Sullivan Wilson and Shawn Patrick Anderson. Meredith Schwinder, at Terri & Sandy, as always a major Boss in her own right.
